-Shoutbox added! -Made color changes -Fixed improper UBBC parsing -Added better HTML filtering

-Added IP logging -made message box a textarea -added jump links -added coloring of certain names to prevent impersonation (changable in admin panel) -changed UBBC parsing to RegEx (because the plain old replace is really buggy )
June 11th, 2006 -did some resizing -made each post/section have an individual table so a long word/link doesn't stretch the rest of the shoutbox
June 12th, 2006 -did more resizing -added strikethrough to UBBC codes
June 19th, 2006 -added toggling of timestamp
June 22nd 2006 -added support of other colored usernames
June 27th 2006 -added page numbering
June 28th 2006 -added flood protection -moved posting form outside frame
July 1st 2006 -added reserved names w/ pass protect to prevent impersonation
